I just want to share with you the success that we had with Rebecca Samler.  Rebecca did such a great job when we bought the condo that we decided to use her services again for the sale.   We would not have considered using anyone else as our real estate agent.   Rebecca goes the extra mile in her services:  like before a showing she checked on the condo to make sure that the gardens looked ok and the front walkway was swept and the inside was fine.   It seemed to us that she did this for every showing.  When I would email her with a question, she would immediately email me back a response and in the rare case that she needed to research an answer, she would email that she was working on a response - acknowledging my question.   We appreciated that.
